3D Views
Shown to the left is a 3d perspective room view of bone from a CT
series through the thorax with a clipping plane cutting away the skin surface.
Note the wheel widgets around the edge of the window. Those are
used to rotate and translate the point of view.
To the right is a graphics aid that shows the eye position (at w)
and viewing frustrum for the above view on the left.
