Use with linear implanted markers such as X-Mark ® (TM) www.ONCSol.com,
Acton, MA.

Use with point implanted markers such as Acculoc ® (TM) CIVCO, Kalona,
Iowa.

Use with linear implanted markers such as Visicoil ® (TM) IBA,
Schwarzenbruck, Germany.

Download the plan and find the markers, linear or point, on the CT scans using the mouse.

Or find the markers on the planning system and type in the coordinates along
with a beam isocenter.

Trace the marker image on the radiographs and solve mathematically for a least
squares solution to the couch position.

Alternately, simply drag isocenter parallel to each radiograph to align
the markers with the images of the markers on the radiographs.

Alternately, simply drag isocenter parallel to each radiograph to align
any region of interest outline with an image on the radiographs.

Use AP and lateral radiographs for simple alignment geometry.

Use radiographs at obliques or any nearly orthogonal angles for easier visualization of the markers but can use the same
methods of trace and solve or dragging isocenter in a plane parallel to
the radiographs
in an iterative fashion to solve for the alignment.
