Download Example Cases for Windows
Download an
example IMRT head-neck case for DosimetryCheck, fields measured with
an EPID,
HeadNeckImrt.exe (35,902,464 bytes). Run the self extracting winzip file and
deposit in mathresolutions\pat.d.
This is the case ready for viewing of results.
To start from scratch,
download the Dicom RT and integration files for the
example IMRT head-neck case. HeadNeckFiles.exe, 12871680 bytes.
The EPID deconvolution kernel is included as a text file. The
machine energy is Varian 6x, monitor unit definition is
98.4 SSD, 1.6 cm depth, 10x10 cm field size, 1.000 cGy/mu.
Run the self extracting winzip file and deposit in the
mathresolutions\images.d folder. 32 fractions. 204.5 cGy to calc point
for one treatment, 6543 cGy for 32 fractions.
Download an
example IMRT prostate case for DosimetryCheck, fields measured with an
EPID, ProstateExp.exe (25,177,088 bytes). Deposit in to pat.d.
Download an
example conformal prostate case for DosimetryCheck, fields measured
with x-ray film, expwcase.exe (29,794,496 bytes). Deposit into pat.d.
For the above example cases for pat.d, execute the file .exe file that was downloaded. Hit the "Browse"
button and find the directory where
your patient directories are kept, for example c:\MathResolutions\pat.d.
[Note: The patient directory location is defined by the file
\MathResolutions\rl.dir\PatientDirectory.loc.
Each patient entry is a directory entry
in that folder.]
Unzip the files into pat.d (assuming you have not changed the name
of the patient directory to something else).
Run DosimetryCheck and select the patient case. There will be a plan
ready to display a dose comparison.
Download
example films for the conformal prostate case for DosimetryCheck,
exppwfilms.exe (3 Megabytes).
Run the downloaded file exppwfilms.exe and unzip the files into directory
images.d
which will be at \MathResolutions\images.d or where
ever you have located the new images directory, which is defined in
the program resource file
\MathResolutions\rl.dir\NewImagesDirectory.loc. You can
use these images to explore the FieldDose functions for reading in
images, locating the beam's eye view coordinates, and convering to relative
monitor units.
Download an
example MarkRT (VGRT) case for patient localization with a
linear marker (59,277,824 bytes). Run the self extracting winzip file
MarkRTExample.exe
and deposit all files in the directory c:\mathresolutions\pat.d
Download the
megavoltage radiographic images for the example marker case (3,710,464
bytes). Run the self extracting winzip file MarkRTImages.exe and deposit
all files in c:\mathresolutions\images.d.
Download the
Dicom RT files for a Dosimetry Check case (LeftAdrenal.exe
19732480 bytes, 25 fractions). Run the self extracting winzip file
and deposit into c:\mathresolutions\images.d. Run programs
ReadDicomCheck and ReadVarianEPID first.
Download a
head neck case measured with the PTW729 ion chamber array
and the Varian EPID for a Dosimetry Check case (PTWHeadNeck.exe
44953088 bytes), 34 fractions. Plan dose 7364 cGy at calc. point.
Run the self extracting winzip file
and deposit into c:\mathresolutions\pat.d.
Download a
prostate case measured with the PTW729 ion chamber array
and the Varian EPID for a Dosimetry Check case (PTWProstate.exe
45665280 bytes), 37 fractions. Plan dose 7611 cGy at calc. point.
Run the self extracting winzip file
and deposit into c:\mathresolutions\pat.d.
Download a
case done with MapCheck and the Elekta IviewGT EPID,
MapIViewCase.zip. Extact to pat.d.
