For a system quote, review the Order Form page. Either print and mail the page to us or email us the same information. We will then quote you a complete system.

The software and manuals can be downloaded from this web site or a tape or CD, and printed manual can be ordered. You may either purchase or lease this software. See the order form for terms. You will not be able to run the program without a license key. We will need your system identification number in order to generate a license key for you. You will simply enter the license key on a program form when requested by the program. The system ID is displayed with the key request.

You can also obtain a 60 day trial license key from this web site without placing an order.

We are no longer offering trial installs of Dosimetry Check. Please contact us or a sales representative.

Download the manual as a PDF file and print.
For a 60 day trial period simply submit the trial license form from this web site and skip the below steps.
For purchase or lease, print the License Agreement from the License Agreement page at this web site. Sign the license agreement. Orders cannot be accepted without a signed license agreement.
Print the Order Form page at this web site and fill out the order form.
Mail the order form with a signed copy of the signature page of the signed license agreement to Math Resolutions, LLC, along with your purchase order.
