Isosurfaces

From a screen of images of an image set, an isosuface may be generated. A isosurface is a surface with a specified pixel value, and may be thought of as separating regions of smaller and larger pixel values. Below is shown an isosurface with a pixel value picked to display bone from a CT image set. This series was taken with 173 CT images. Isosurfaces may be displayed along with outlined regions of interest.
